Lindsay Lohan takes another loss: her stepmother, Kate Major, is being sued for her anti-Latino remarks!

According to The Huffington Post, Juan Jimenez & Rosario Mendoza are suing Major for calling Rosario a “Spanish whore” & engaging in a fist-fight. In addition, the suit alleges that Jimenez & Mendoza were called “s*ics” in a Florida parking lot. Major, of course, is denying the accusations: “This was not a hate crime,” she said. “You’ll see when the case is done what really happened.”
