And while my opinion of Santa is admittedly low (and I admit I’m being a bit of a Scrooge…), I firmly believe that if you can’t laugh at the absurdity of a holiday that has become a capitalist dream — an excuse to go into debt for the sake of Peace on Earth & Good Will Towards All Men — I don’t know what to tell you.
