According to Perez Hilton (yeah, we know…), Bieber was recently lunching at a Hooters in Dallas, Texas, while on a break from his world tour. Supposedly, while there, he was getting “very friendly” with a few waitresses (presumably because he appreciated their large minds…). This wouldn’t be such a big deal…except it happened in Selena’s hometown, and the Twitter-azzi expected the young couple to be there together.
