Almost a year after her death, a new single from the late Jenni Rivera’s album 1969-Siempre (Part 1) En Vivo Desde Monterrey will hit the airwaves. The Mexican-America, Grammy-nominated singer died last December in a plane crash.
The new single “Dos Botellas de Mezcal” is the first from her posthumously-released album, which hauntingly features music recorded live from Monterrey, Mexico just hours before her death.
Rivera made the Forbes’ “Top Earning Dead Celebrity List” this October, selling 880,000 records after her death.
